SMS messages are limited to 160 characters and costs 1 credit to each contact. With our extended messaging feature, you can send an SMS message up to 320 characters and costs 2 credits to each contact. Any message greater than 320 characters will automatically convert to an MMS message which allows up to 1,600 characters and costs 3 credits to each contact. RCS messages costs 2 credits to each contact. Rich RCS messages costs 3 credits to each contact. Those costs apply to contacts within the United States and Canada. Credit costs to international contacts within the NADP vary by country.
You are charged for every message or email sent, regardless of whether it is delivered. This is because each message incurs a fixed cost on our end. To avoid unnecessary charges, it is important to verify and clean your contact lists regularly.
Wireless carriers, such as Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Rogers, Telus Mobility, and others charge additional costs to send and receive messages. These carrier fees amount to $0.005 per credit in the United States and $0.008 per credit in Canada. Subject to change.
Wireless carriers require each texting number to be registered. One time brand registration costs $25. Monthly registration fee is $10. Subject to change.
Account set up fee is $150. RCS capability is an additional $150 set up fee. Includes number registration administration, onboarding and training.
